CONSNANT 10th Anniversary Celebration: Bavarian Manor Team Building Trip

Ten years of shared dreams, now let's celebrate together! CONSNANT unlocked the romance and excitement of its tenth anniversary with a special team-building event at the Bavarian Manor, allowing every colleague to capture their ten years of highlights amidst the German fairytale atmosphere.

At 8:00 AM on January 8th, a convoy of cars filled with laughter set off for the Bavarian Manor.  Upon arrival, the red-tiled roofs of the German-style buildings and the colorful windmills turning in the wind greeted them, as if instantly transporting them to a Bavarian paradise. A group photo in front of the landmark wall captured the precious moment of "CONSNANT's 10th Anniversary, We are Together."

In the afternoon, they arrived at the Huaqiangu Happy Farm, where various games, including balloon popping and tug-of-war, showcased their teamwork and strengthened their cohesion. Individual activities and off-road vehicle adventures provided thrilling fun. Numerous prizes and bonuses were awarded for various mini-games and talent competitions: employee talent shows took center stage, with singing, dancing, and tongue twisters igniting the atmosphere and providing endless entertainment.

On January 9th, the festivities officially began at the Black Forest Park.  The entire group was divided into teams to enjoy the cable car, rainbow slide, and bumper car challenges.  The cable car ride offered panoramic views of the manor; screams and laughter mingled on the rainbow slide, and the bumper car arena provided a fun battle, shedding the fatigue of work and leaving only pure joy. After the exhilarating activities, they moved to the Wuxing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Springs to relax and unwind in the steamy waters.

As dusk fell, the grand 10th-anniversary celebration party commenced! A Hakka-style annual dinner was held, with everyone cheering and raising their glasses to the past and the future. Good fortune abounded: the exciting red envelope giveaway and the heartwarming recognition of ten-year veteran employees marked the occasion, expressing gratitude for everyone's dedication and contributions. As the bonfire blazed, the festivities reached their peak. Everyone danced hand in hand around the fire, and the intangible cultural heritage fire dance show painted brilliant arcs across the night sky.  The subsequent fireworks display was stunning, and amidst the dazzling spectacle, everyone made a wish: "For the next ten years, let's continue to work together towards a shared vision." The evening breeze carried laughter, and the starry sky witnessed the camaraderie. This celebration at the Bavarian Manor was not only a tenth-anniversary celebration but also an energy boost for the CONSNANT team, allowing each member to carry this warmth and strength into the next, even more exciting journey.

On January 10th, the team strolled through Fuyuan Temple, praying for the team's well-being under the world's largest bronze Bodhi tree.  They then visited the pink Bavarian bridge and enjoyed a horseback riding experience at the equestrian academy, capturing many heartwarming photos. Finally, with gratitude for the company, they bid farewell to the romantic manor, returning home with abundant memories and emotions. This tenth-anniversary team-building event came to an end, but CONSNANT's journey of unity and shared purpose will never end.
